Beginning 1st February 2023, we will be increasing the shipping rates for parcels above the 5kg chargeable weight (gross/volumetric) threshold. The changes in shipping rates will allow us to streamline and optimize our operational efforts to serve you better moving forward.
Don't panic! As mentioned, the new shipping rates will only affect customers who frequently ship parcels above the 5kg chargeable weight.

Notes: In this scenario, because the volumetric weight of the parcel exceeds its gross weight of 5kg, Teleport will chargeable weight will be based on its volumetric weight [(50*30*30/6000)=7.5kg]
