[Important] Closure of Door-to-Door Services in MalaysiaUpdated 5 months ago
Dear valued clients,
At Teleport, we're moving towards enhancing our logistics solutions to guarantee next-day delivery for you.
Effective 1 January 2024, we will discontinue door-to-door services across West and East Malaysia. We'll be focusing on enhancing our next-day deliveries via Teleport's KUL<>SIN and KUL<>DMK lanes, with more lanes coming next year.
This change allows us to double down and improve our next-day hub-to-hub solutions, bulk shipments, and air-freight in and around the region.
To provide you with more clarity:

22 December 4:00pm | Cut-off for orders on Teleport Delivery for all lanes except KUL<>SIN and KUL<>DMK |
23 December 9:00am onwards | Completing all pickups and deliveries |
31 December 11:59pm | Closure of door-to-door deliveries for West and East Malaysia |
1 January 2024 12:00am | Refer to teleport.asia for KUL / SIN / DMK postcodes |
