Cancel an order

 

1. Firstly, navigate to your organization dashboard.

2. Navigate to ORDER ITEMS

3. Filter the order item you'd like to cancel via tracking number, origin phone number or destination phone number.Order_items_filter.png

 

4. Once you've located the order you'd like to remove, click the dropdown arrow and select Cancel Cancel_Orders.gif

 

5. Lastly, in the pop-up, click YES

Notes: Orders can only be cancelled if status is Awaiting Pick Up. To cancel an in-progress delivery, kindly reach out to the support team for assistance.
