[Archive] Create A Single Order

  1. Visit our Teleport Delivery portal or sign in here to your account.
  2. Select your registered "Company Name"
  3. Click on the "Orders" button
  4. Click on the "Create" button
  5. Fill up the details of your sender (Pick-up address) and recipient (Delivery address) and click on the "Next" button
  6. The mandatory fields for both Pick-up address and Delivery address are marked with an *
    1. Geolocation accuracy - Exact location [Recommended]
    2. Country
    3. Postal / ZIP code
    4. State or province
    5. City
    6. Address
    7. Name
    8. Email
    9. Phone number (in E.164 format: +[country code][number])
    10. Cash on delivery (COD) - Without [Recommended]
    11. Packaging - Single-piece shipment (non-MPS) [Recommended]
    12. Service - Door-to-door (default) [Recommended]
  7. Tick "Save" to save new recurring addresses in address book 
  8. Fill up details of your items and click on the "Next" button
  9. The mandatory fields for Add items are marked with an *
    1. Quantity
    2. Package type - Pallet, Parcel, Box, Envelope or Large Box
    3. Weight (kg)
    4. Length (cm)
    5. Width (cm)
    6. Height (cm)
    7. Commodity type - Item description
    8. Commodity currency
    9. Commodity value - Item value
    10. Customer reference 1 - Order # [Recommended]
  10. Select your preferred Pickup Date/Time and Service required then click on the "Next" button
  11. Review your Payment Amount and scroll down to the next section
  12. Select your preferred Payment Method and click "Confirm" button
  13. You have now completed your single order
  14. To review and / or print order's documents click on the "Drop Down" list
